For a first-time withdrawal, or for withdrawals exceeding RM1,000, cuci2u reserves the right to request full KYC verification. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. The original deposited amount may be withdrawn at any time, provided no active bonus conditions are attached to it.
All bonuses and promotions offered by cuci2u are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM2,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Each cuci2u promotion may only be claimed once per member, account, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or methods constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.
Bonuses credited to a cuci2u account have a validity period as stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the specified validity period will expire and be automatically forfeited without notice.

While there is an active bonus balance in your cuci2u account, the maximum single bet is RM50 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided, or any winnings generated may not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirement.
All bets placed in the cuci2u sports section are subject to market availability and the betting limits set by cuci2u. cuci2u reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion that a bet is connected to fraud, market abuse, or other irregular activity.
Odds displayed on the cuci2u platform are valid at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed — except in cases of an obvious technical error, in which cuci2u reserves the right to void the bet and issue a full refund of the stake. For in-play (live) betting, odds are updated in real time and a bet is only valid once confirmed by the system.
If a match is cancelled, postponed beyond the stipulated timeframe, or not completed in its originally advertised format, cuci2u reserves the right to void all related bets and return the full stake to your account. For cricket matches using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, official results determined by that method will be recognised by cuci2u.
Cuci2u sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market. These limits may vary depending on the sport type, market type, and your account status. Current limits are displayed on the betting board for each match. cuci2u reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
All casino games and slots on cuci2u are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by accredited third-party auditing bodies. This ensures that every slot spin and every casino card hand is genuinely random and cannot be influenced by cuci2u or any player.
In the event of a software or technical error that results in clearly incorrect odds, winnings, or amounts being displayed, cuci2u reserves the right to void all related bets and transactions. Any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all KYC requirements have been met.
